Pricing based on double occupancy. Room rates are posted for each room. A county TOT tax of 9% to be added to the rate, plus a tourism fee of 2%. There are NO other fees; no cleaning fee, no service fee, no resort fee.

If you are able, review the rooms on this website to familiarize yourself with what each room and cottage has to offer. It will help you in determining what works best for you.

Check road conditions before you travel. Check Cal-Trans for up to date information. Do not rely on GPS maps, it will lead you astray.

We foster a QUIET ENVIRONMENT. No pets. No smoking. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. Only registered guests allowed in rooms/cottages.

Office hours: 9 am to 5 pm

Please avoid calling outside of those hours unless it is urgent.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for 24-hours after booking your reservation. (For example: If you book a room at 3pm on a Tuesday, you have until 3pm on the following Wednesday to cancel free of charge, aside from the non-refundable merchant processing fee that Stripe levies on credit card transactions)

Applies to bookings made at least 72-hours in advance of the check-in time of 3pm for the stay. Refund for reservations cancelled within 24 hours will be in full, minus the non-refundable merchant processing fee. Does not apply to negotiated rates. After that, there is no cancellation and no refund, regardless of the reason for cancelling. Sometimes we are able to rebook a portion of your reservation, If so, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable merchant processing fee, and a $25 re-booking fee of each unit for the rebooked portion of your reservation.

WEDDINGS AND GROUP BOOKINGS: Full payment required up front.

Covid is no longer classified as a pandemic and is regarded as any other illness. We ask that you stay home if you are ill. There are no special circumstances regarding cancellation due to illness, and we will try to rebook your reservation.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at insuremytrip.com.  These companies are independent and not affiliated with Quincy Feather Bed Inn in any way.

TERMS & POLICIES: When you book online you are required to read our terms and policies and click a box that says you have done so. You are bound to our policies, so please take the time to look them over. Alternatively, we can email them to you by request.
