Pricing based on double occupancy. Room rates are posted for each room. A county TOT tax of 9% to be added to the rate, plus a tourism fee of 2%. There are NO other fees; no cleaning fee, no service fee, no resort fee.

Check road conditions before you travel. Check Cal-Trans for up to date information. Do not rely on GPS maps, it will lead you astray.

NEW: We now have 4 new electric vehicle charging stations at Dame Shirley Plaza, just across the street from the Inn. And several Tesla charging stations in the Safeway parking lot.

We foster a QUIET ENVIRONMENT. No pets. No smoking. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. Only registered guests allowed in rooms/cottages.

Office hours: 9 am to 5 pm
Please avoid calling outside of those hours unless it is urgent.

Air conditioning for rooms consist of window units, installed mid-May through mid-October, or close to those times when weather is hot.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for 24-hours after booking your reservation. (For example: If you book a room at 3pm on a Tuesday, you have until 3pm on the following Wednesday to cancel free of charge, aside from the non-refundable merchant processing fee that Stripe levies on credit card transactions)
Applies to bookings made at least 72-hours in advance of the check-in time of 3pm for the stay. Refund for reservations cancelled within 24 hours will be in full, minus the non-refundable merchant processing fee.
If you book one room or cottage in advance, you have a 10 day cancellation period. Meaning, you can cancel on up to 10 days of your arrival. If you cancel with the 10 days of arrival, there is no refund unless we can rebook. Applies for bookings of 1 to 2 nights in length. Does not apply to multiple rooms booked. Does not apply to Federal and State recognized Holidays. You will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable merchant processing fee.
After that, there is no cancellation and no refund, regardless of the reason for cancelling. If we are able to rebook a portion of your reservation, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable merchant processing fee, and a $25 re-booking fee of each unit for the rebooked portion of your reservation.

WEDDINGS AND GROUP BOOKINGS: Our 24 Hr cancellation policy stands for weddings and group bookings.

There are no special circumstances regarding cancellation due to illness, but we will try to rebook your reservation.
​
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at insuremytrip.com. These companies are independent and not affiliated with Quincy Feather Bed Inn in any way.

TERMS & POLICIES: When you book online you are required to read our terms and policies and click a box that says you have done so. You are bound to our policies, so please take the time to look them over. Alternatively, we can email them to you by request.

There is no office at the Inn.
There is no food served.
The manager will email you with instructions for self-check-in.
We will try to be available for you during check-in to show you your room. If we miss you during check-in time, refer to your check-in instructions emailed to you when your reservation was confirmed.
